What You Will Be Doing:

-Providing timely and reliable feedback on customer tickets, offering solutions or troubleshooting suggestions

-Identifying and resolving software-related problems, collaborating with developers

-Communicating with third-party vendors to address and fix issues in their code

-Evaluating and implementing new tools, potentially contributing to their development
