Senior SAP Consultant (Time Management & Employee Central)

What You Will Be Doing:

-Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module

-Play a pivotal role in system testing, including integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing for Time Management

-Generate insightful reports and analytics to track absence trends, patterns, and compliance

-Collaborate with diverse teams and key stakeholders to ensure efficient employee absence management solutions

Who We’re Looking For:

If you’re an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant with expertise in Time Management, we want you to join our team. Your skills and dedication are vital to our success.

What You’ll Bring:

-6+ years of SuccessFactors experience

-Extensive expertise in implementing both Employee Central and Time Management

-A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Proficiency in translating business requirements into system configuration and designing solutions following best practices
