What You Will Be Doing:

-Design, implement, and scale growth marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels

-Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing approaches

-Conduct experiments in various marketing channels to identify the most effective strategies

-Utilize online advertising platforms and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making

-Collaborate with the product team on in-product growth initiatives and community-driven projects

-Grow the customer base through co-marketing opportunities and strategic partnerships

Who We’re Looking For:

If you’re an experienced growth marketer with a track record of scaling SaaS companies and a passion for no-code and automation, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Bring:

-In-house Experience in small product companies (series A – B start-ups)

-Experience with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies, preferably having contributed to growth beyond the Series B stage

-Expertise across various areas of growth marketing, with a focus on content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops, and analytics

-Passion for no-code and automation, with hands-on experience using no-code platforms

-Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, scrappy approach to building and executing growth initiatives

-Urgency in execution, ability to multitask, and comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed environment
