Are you an IT recruiter experienced in building and mentoring new teams? We’re looking for a manager familiar with the Eastern Europe IT market to build their own recruitment team from scratch and make it grow.

The Role

You will be responsible for hiring new employees and thereby building the team from scratch, making sure that it grows with time and mentoring it. You would be responsible for the entire recruitment process, managing client stakeholders at all levels, including Hiring Managers.


Candidate Profile

You have experience strategizing and leading successful recruitment teamsthis might be the right fit for you. You are profiecient being hands-on as well as managing other recruiters.


Desirable Skills and Experience

You should have good data analysis skills as well as be able to prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office. You can use an applicant tracking system and have its deep understanding. Great communication skills in English are a must, as well as fluency in either Ukrainian or Russian.
