Our Client is international, multidisciplinary consulting engineering and project management practice with a worldwide reputation for innovation and quality. The company works on a wide range of projects including e.g. healthcare, education, residential, public entertainment and is focused on support their engineers to develop their expertise in this field of engineering. Due to quick development of the company we are looking for a:

Location: Dublin, Ireland


  • Undertake detailed engineering design
  • Preparing technical schedules, engineering calculations, reports, designs and sketches at a variety of project work stages
  • Representing the company at meetings with the client, other professionals and suppliers
  • Ensuring appropriate service/design decisions are met
  • Delivering excellent project work within agreed deadlines and within budget
  • Attending weekly management meetings and ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to
  • Managing the production of drawings and reports and preparing coordinating structural specifications
  • Coordinating work with engineers of other disciplines


  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Extensive experience of structural engineering design
  • Ability to accept a degree of responsibility in a team-based organisation, combined with the ability to work independently
  • 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a design consultancy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
  • Developed leadership and management skills
  • Experience in Hevacomp, AutoCAD and MS Office Suite Software
  • Knowledge and experience of current CIBSE an ASHRAE Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN Standards and IEC Standards
